Lavender Farm
The Trust’s wholly-owned subsidiary, New Zealand Alpine Lavender Limited, operates one of New Zealand’s largest organic lavender farms producing high-quality award-winning lavender oil and high-quality organic lavender products which are used in support of health and well-being.

VISITOR accommodation
The Trust’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Southern Serenity Limited, runs our visitor accommodation Pukaki Lakeside Getaways. Overlooking Lake Pukaki, our cottage and house are available to be booked or double as accommodation for retreat attendees. They offer breath-taking views of Lake Pukaki and the surrounding mountains, providing serenity conducive to fostering a meditative mood.

YOGA and meditation
The Trust teaches yoga and meditation, and the adoption of a healthy diet and lifestyle. We do this by holding classes, retreats and other programs on our property Pukaki Downs, in Twizel and the Mackenzie district. We support, and work in partnership with the New Zealand School of Meditation, known as Meditation New Zealand which is a registered charity with similar aims and objectives to the Trust.

Forestry & wilding eradication
The Trust's wholly owned subsidairy, Pukaki Forestry Limited, engages in forestry activity and wilding eradication. It has pioneered and promoted the use of mechanical and other means to eradicate wildings instead of using chemical sprays and, in cooperation with Pioneer Energy, has already harvested most of its wilding forest for bio-energy.
